User Responsibilities

Anonymous display mode does not mean that the underlying payment transaction is completely anonymous.

Transaction and payment information may still be processed by the payment provider and retained where reasonably necessary for verification, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

Refunds & Cancellations

Super Chat refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Failed or Duplicate Payments
