Super Chat is a digital support feature that allows viewers and members of the XYRA LIVE community to voluntarily support the creator while participating in supported livestreams.
When a payment is successfully completed and verified, the submitted message may be highlighted or acknowledged during a supported livestream.
Super Chat payments are voluntary digital contributions made through the available payment interface.
Pricing
Super Chat pricing is based on the amount selected by the customer during checkout, subject to the limits displayed on the payment page.

The final amount payable is displayed before the customer confirms the payment.

Super Chat is a digital service. No physical product, merchandise, parcel, courier delivery, or shipping is included with a Super Chat payment.
Message & Moderation
Super Chat messages remain subject to applicable livestream, community, and moderation rules.
Payment does not guarantee that every message will be read aloud, displayed, highlighted, or acknowledged.
Messages may be moderated when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and appropriate community environment.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, duplicate payments, failed transactions, and cancellation-related matters are handled according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payment information is handled through the integrated payment checkout process. XYRA LIVE does not ask customers to share payment passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, or other confidential authentication credentials through chat or livestream messages.
XYRA LIVE will never ask you to send your payment OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or password through a message.
